Hello, My Name is Angus Woodbury. I'm a Realtor in Naperville IL and have been helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs since 1989. Working in the area that I do, I am exposed to many diferent types of property from small condos at $70,000 to multi-million dollar luxury/custom homes. I enjoy them all. I work every day and you'll spot me with the earpiece talking on my phone throughout the Naperville area, or maybe stopped with my Tablet PC at the side of the road looking up listings or signing contracts. If it sounds tiring, it's not. It's what I do and I love it. I get up every morning grateful to be doing this, and I'll probably try to spread a little of that joy throughout the day. Just about 18 years... who would have thought? I'm supposed to be n ad exec |

What you can expect from me.... Honesty It's really pretty simple, I've been doing this since 1989 and have helped 100's of buyer's find that perfect home, I've also helped a few avoid some costly mistakes. That's what you can expect from me, I'll tell you what I think, even if it's not what you want to hear. Buying that "just right" home is the goal and you are the decision maker... It's OK if you don't want to listen, but it's not OK if you are not informed. |

What I do for you Honesty I would rather disappoint you now than let you down later. I'll give you the scoop when we meet the first time, and if the market changes I won't sugar coat it. Your time is important to me and I know what it's like to have starngers in your home all of the time. You'll get the experience of an agent who has been around for many different types of real estate markets. I'm approachable and easy to get ahold of. We share a common goal and that will drive our relationship. |
